Rescheduling & cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are not refunded.

Same day cancellations are charged 50% of the service. No call, no show appointments are charged the full service to the card on file, with no exceptions.

Late policy

Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period.

After 15 minutes there is a $15 late fee. If you arrive 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided.

Timing & outside fills

Please book on a day when you are not in a rush. Full sets average 3 hours 15 minutes and fills average 2 hours.

Fills on work done at another salon are not accepted. Please book a removal and a fresh set instead.

Before your appointment

Please do not wear contacts to your appointment, and arrive with no mascara or makeup around the eye area.

Please silence your phone when you arrive. No extra guests are allowed unless it is an emergency.

Aftercare

Please take care of your lashes. They should be washed once a day. Lash shampoo is sold separately and helps your set last longer.

Not cleaning your lashes can lead to blepharitis, conjunctivitis, demodex, and styes.

Refills

You need to have 40% to 50% of your lashes still on for the appointment to count as a fill. If you have less than that, the price of a full set applies.

Payment

A non refundable deposit of $30 is required for all appointments and is sent through Venmo or PayPal when you book. It is applied toward your service.

The remaining balance is cash only.
